This policy covers ManlySpa Water Test Assistant, a paid iOS app for managing an Ellesmere hot tub’s water profile, including pH, chlorine levels, and maintenance. It also describes information handling on this website.

2. Information collected by ManlySpa

ManlySpa does not collect personal information through the app. We do not receive your Apple account name, email address, password, or payment card details when you purchase the app.

Your spa water profile and maintenance entries are used for the app’s water-management features. We do not collect those entries from you.

3. Purchases through Apple

Apple handles the app purchase through the App Store using your Apple Account. Apple’s handling of account, billing, and purchase information is governed by its own privacy policies.

Apple may make purchase receipts and non-personal sales information available to developers. This is different from sharing your Apple account credentials or payment card information with ManlySpa.

4. Sharing, support, and retention

Because we do not collect personal information through the app, we do not retain, sell, or share that information. Apple manages the information it collects according to its own retention and privacy practices.

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. We use this information to respond to your request and retain the correspondence as needed to handle that request and any follow-up. Please avoid sending passwords or payment information. You may contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence.

5. This website

This website has no ManlySpa account registration, contact forms, or advertising or analytics trackers added by us. The hosting service may process technical information, such as an IP address and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. Any access controls provided by the hosting service are separate from the ManlySpa app.

6. Your choices

For Apple Account information and privacy requests related to Apple’s services, use Apple’s Data and Privacy portal. For purchases or billing questions, contact Apple billing support.

7. Changes to this policy

If the app’s information practices change, we will update this page and its revision date. Material changes will be reflected before the related functionality is made available.
