1. Your agreement

By using ManlySpa you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please delete the app.

You may use the app on the devices allowed by your Apple ID for your own personal, non-commercial hot tub care.

2. Guidance, not professional advice

ManlySpa calculates suggested doses from the readings you enter and the published rates for common spa chemicals, scaled to the water volume in your tub profile.

Those suggestions are estimates. Test strips and drop kits vary, water chemistry interacts in ways a single reading cannot capture, and product concentrations differ between brands and batches.

The app is not a substitute for the instructions on your chemical containers, your spa owner's manual, or advice from your dealer or a qualified pool and spa professional.

3. Chemical safety is your responsibility

Always read and follow the label on every product before you add it to your water. If the label disagrees with the app, follow the label.

Never mix chemicals together in a container or scoop. Add chemicals to water, never water to chemicals. Keep everything sealed, dry, and out of reach of children and pets.

Verify the water volume in your tub profile before relying on any dose. An incorrect volume produces an incorrect dose.

Keep bathers out of the water until sanitizer levels return to a safe range, and stop using the tub if anyone reacts to the water.

4. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep dosing rates and target ranges correct, but we cannot guarantee they are complete, current, or right for your specific equipment and products.

Features may change or be removed in future versions, and the app may be unavailable at times.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to your spa or equipment, injury, illness, chemical damage, water loss, or any other direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the app or from acting on its suggestions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

6. Purchases and refunds

ManlySpa contains no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Any purchase of the app itself is handled entirely by Apple.

Refunds are managed by Apple under the terms of the Apple Media Services agreement, not by us.

7. Trademarks

Arctic Spas, Arctic Pure, Onzen, and Ellesmere are trademarks of their respective owners. ManlySpa is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Arctic Spas or any chemical manufacturer.

Product names appear only as examples of the type of chemical a step calls for.
